1. Who we are
GDPRQuick is operated by CliqTo Ltd, a company registered in England. References to "GDPRQuick", "we", "us", and "our" mean CliqTo Ltd. References to "you" mean the person or organisation using the service.
These terms explain how GDPRQuick works, what you can expect from us, and what your organisation remains responsible for. Please read them before creating an account, unlocking documents, subscribing to website publishing, or using any generated material.

GDPRQuick is a documentation tool. It helps users answer practical questions and create GDPR-related records, statements, forms, tasks, and website publishing content from their own answers.
GDPRQuick does not certify, guarantee, or prove GDPR compliance. Your organisation remains responsible for checking that its answers, practices, policies, security measures, records, and documents are accurate and appropriate.
GDPRQuick is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in the service, website, wizard, generated documents, forms, emails, support responses, or website embed should be treated as legal advice.
You should consider specialist advice if your organisation handles higher-risk processing, special category data, criminal offence data, children's data, international transfers, complex data sharing, automated decision-making, or any matter where you are unsure.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for making sure the information you enter is complete, accurate, and kept up to date. Generated documents are only as reliable as the answers and details you provide.
You must review generated documents before relying on them, sharing them, publishing them, or using them in your organisation. You should update your answers whenever your data practices, suppliers, systems, contact details, lawful bases, retention periods, or security measures change.
You may create an evaluation account to explore the service before paying. Some features, including PDF previews and downloads, require paid access.
The one-off document unlock gives the account holder access to the document generation features available at the time of purchase, subject to these terms. It does not include any separately priced subscription feature unless stated otherwise.
The website publishing feature is an optional subscription. While active, it lets you publish a live GDPR statement on your website using a public embed token connected to your GDPRQuick answers.
If the subscription expires, is cancelled, payment fails, or access is withdrawn under these terms, the public embed may stop displaying. You remain responsible for ensuring your own website continues to provide appropriate privacy information.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we may use from time to time. Prices, coupons, discounts, and subscription charges are shown before checkout.
If GDPRQuick is unsuitable after purchase, contact us within 7 days so we can review your refund request. This goodwill refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply to you.
Where a subscription is active, you can cancel future billing through the available account or payment portal options. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous periods unless required by law or agreed by us.
You must not misuse GDPRQuick, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, copy or resell the product as a competing service, submit unlawful content, or use generated material for an organisation you are not authorised to represent.
GDPRQuick content, interface text, templates, software, design, and related materials belong to CliqTo Ltd or its licensors. You may use documents generated for your own organisation's internal records and lawful business use.
You must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, or package GDPRQuick templates, service content, or generated template wording for use by other organisations without written permission.
If you join the affiliate programme, the separate affiliate programme terms shown inside your account also apply. Commission is subject to tracked eligible sales, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, and any programme rules in force at the time.
We use personal information to provide GDPRQuick, run accounts, generate documents, provide support, process payments, manage subscriptions, operate affiliate tracking, and improve the service. Our privacy information is available on the Privacy Policy page.
We aim to keep GDPRQuick available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features where needed for security, maintenance, legal, commercial, or operational reasons.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may ask logged-in users to accept the updated terms before continuing to use the app.
GDPRQuick is provided to help with documentation and workflow. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate answers, failure to review documents, failure to keep documents updated, business decisions made by your organisation, or the use of GDPRQuick as a substitute for professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Questions about these terms should be sent to hello@gdprquick.com.
